Privacy Policy

Catalyst (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a conversation-card app published by Garrison Jackson. We built Catalyst to be private by default: it has no accounts, no login, and no servers that store your personal information. This policy explains what little data is involved and how it is handled.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. There are no user accounts. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves a few preferences locally on your device so it works the way you left it: whether you have unlocked Catalyst Pro, your daily free-deal count, your selected color theme and light/dark preference, and a one-time confirmation that you are 18 or older. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you delete the app.
3. Purchases
Catalyst offers optional in-app purchases: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime unlock. Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account — we never see or receive your payment-card details. To deliver and restore your purchase across your devices, we use RevenueCat, Inc. as our purchase-management provider. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous app-user identifier and your subscription/transaction status to confirm what you have unlocked; we do not provide it your name or contact information. 4. Children
Catalyst contains mature (“Spicy”) content and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
5. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. The only third parties involved are Apple (payments) and RevenueCat (purchase management), acting as processors for the purchase feature.
6. Security
Because the app keeps your preferences on your own device and we operate no account database, there is no personal profile of you on our servers to be breached.
7. Your choices
You can clear your local data at any time by deleting the app. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
